There are three causes of an “Image Not Available” message: 1. Check images will be viewable for approximately five minutes and will then time out. So, if you receive an “Image Not Available” message while you’re viewing your checks, it may be because the image timed out. Just close the window and re-click the check image link to view it again. 2. You may also see the “Image Not Available” message due to a lag time in the image transfer process. Should this occur, simply check back the next business day to view the check image. 3. ACH transactions will not have a check image, but will have a check number link next to the transaction on your Online Banking account.
