I clicked on the link to ClydeSight.com while my DSPP program was running and nothing happened/my browser opened but nothing happened/it opened a blank page, etc. Whats wrong?
The DSPP program will CALL to the browser when you click on a link. However, not all browsers know how to respond. Also, depending on your Internet set-up, your browser may not be able to automatically connect to the Internet. The DSPP programs have been tested and work with Firefox and MSIE on Windows as long as they can automatically make a connection to the Internet. IN MAC OSX, the Firefox browser connects to the Internet and then displays a blank page. Safari and MSIE on OSX do not have this problem.
