Answer- If the Govt. of Orissa in Revenue Department. notifies the crop loss of 50% and above in your are (GP, Village) your S.T. crop loan will be converted to Medium Term conversion loan and there by you will be eligible for fresh loan to raise subsequent crops subject to repayment of interest only.
