I didn’t get the study guide, the call-in instructions, and/or the recording access email; what should I do?

While call-in instructions are sent fairly soon after you register (if you registered before the deadline), the study guide is not sent until one day before the live teleseminar. And the email that tells you how to access the online recording is not sent until the day after the teleseminar.
