Email is generally a very reliable communication tool, yet, although it isn’t very common, there are situations that will cause it to fail. For example; if your email account was over quota, your email account would not accept any more email, or your Internet Service Provider might have had a computer server, used to communicate email, fail, or perhaps one of your SPAM filters or your internet service provider’s SPAM filters rejects email that you really want to receive. It is possible that one of those situations occurred when we tried to send you your coupon. Be sure that your email account is always in working order and this should not happen again. Also, make sure that your SPAM filters are set to accept email from The Newsletter Club.
