Registration Forms were accepted without joining NMPA. However, Registration Forms do not commit you to participate in Group II of Late Fee Program. In order to participate in Group II of the Late Fee Program you must have joined the NMPA before or contemporaneously with filing the Opt-In Enrollment Form.
