No, you don’t need to belong to a gym and pay a gym membership to work with a personal trainer. Salas Fitness can bring the gym to you. Salas Fitness offers in-home personal training where we bring the equipment and trainer to you. Or, if you prefer to workout in a gym environment, Salas Fitness contracts with the Greatwood Training Center (GTC) in Sugar Land, a personal training studio.
