I don have much pension experience. What is the best way to learn more about pension plans?
If you are asking this question, you probably aren’t ready to take this exam! During the seminar, it is impossible for me to give you the depth of pension knowledge that results from several years of pension experience. The reason this exam is so difficult is that it requires a good understanding of pension plans in general. In addition, you must be able to read and interpret the Internal Revenue Code, as well as the regulations and Revenue Rulings.
