I downloaded the MapGuide Viewer, but when I returned to Map-based Reporting, I was sent back to the Technical Requirements page, which said I needed the viewer. What is going on?
There are a few possibilities. • Did you install the viewer? After you download the viewer file, you need to open it on your computer. This will start the installation process; follow this instructions there to install the viewer. • Did you restart the browser after installation? Make sure you close all of your browser windows and open a new browser after you install the viewer. Note: you do not have to close any other programs on your computer, and you do not have to restart your computer. • If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure ActiveX in enabled. If none of these options work, please contact us at ga2000@itos.uga.edu.
