We’re not sure why the seller didn’t respond to your e-mail. Sellers who pay for ads should respond to inquiries, but we cannot, unfortunately, compel a seller to respond. Some sellers list other contact channels: phone, fax or postal address. You may try one or all of these to elicit a response.
