I forgot to start my online shopping through PDXRewards and I made a purchase with a participating retailer. Can I get PDX Rewards Points for my purchase?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to earn points for online purchases made at participating retailers for which you did not begin your shopping by signing in to your PDX Rewards account and navigating to the retailer from PDX Rewards. You may, however, return or cancel your purchase and make it through PDX Rewards to earn points.
