I get a DHCP error when trying to connect to the net , Whats wrong?
DHCP, or Dynamic Host Configuratinon Protocol, is usually used to retreive IP address for a system to get online. Alot of people are getting this eroor when trying to get a psp online. THere are a few ways to fix this, If just pressing the automatic button gives you this error than youll have to do this manually If you have DSL or cable , youll have a whats known as a PPPoE( Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet) account, on your psp, when starting a new Network Connection, scan for your wirleless point and hit next, ( if you router is comnfigured to hise its SSID than ou will have to manually enter the SSID)and if you have a WEP key enter that in and hit next, noe you’ll see address settings, since easy didnt work we’re gonna go to custom,hit next and youll see the option for IP address setting, if you know your PPPoE accounname and password, highlight PPPoE and hit next, then enter the username and password in the corresponding fields, for DNS setting choose automatic ( this is suppl
