The error message means your card has not activated SecureCode (MasterCard) OR Verified by VISA (VISA card) service. Please register your SecureCode or VbV service and try again. Since the banks in China requires higher degree of security for Internet credit card transactions, Non-3D cards (SecureCode, VbV service disabled) can not go through the payment gateway. Please read the FAQs or ask your bank to learn how to register the service.
