I had a bumping noise on bumps and had the front Mc Pherson struts replaced. The noise is still there, could it be a bad strut?

Anything is possible, but two struts with the same noise would be extremely unlikely. More often the problem is with another component and was mis-diagnosed. Upper strut mounts often cause a bumping noise in the same area.
