Replaced all parts inc drums shoes hardware bearings wheel cylinder's A: Assuming that you've checked for obvious things hitting either the wheel or drum whilst it's spinning and also assuming the noise is from one side only, I'd suspect that one of the bearings is either poorly fitted or damaged whilst being fitted or was simply a duff bearing to start with.
