We routinely test each user name and password before we confirm it with you. However, it’s possible we made an error when sending it to you. If so, we will test it again and correct it immediately if that is the case. When a breeder can’t access the site, it is almost always that all letters, including the “b” on the breeder ID number (user name), are not entered in lower case. No capital letters are allowed in either the user name or the password. If you continue to have problems, feel free to contact our technical support department at mer@aprpets.
