I have a canon printer (LBP-465) That I can use beouse I boght a ne PC with windows XP after my first pc breackdown and Canon does not have a driver update for W. XP What can I do to use my printer?
You should be able to printer to it in HP emulation mode. The problem is, your printer was designed to have software on the computer do work that normally goes in the printer (translation: it’s a cheap design). To support new operating systems, that software would have to be re-written. Your only hope is to try sending HP LaserJet Series II driver to it, and it should at least print regular text type documents.
