I have a central.uh.edu or mail.uh.edu account, but I am not receiving PureMessage Quarantine Digest Messages. Why not?
There are several possible reasons: • You have a Central.uh.edu or Mail.uh.edu account, but you redirect your mail to an external mail address (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.). PureMessage services are only utilized for mail.uh.edu and central.uh.edu mailbox destinations. • You have not received any spam sent to the Quarantine site in the last 24 hours. You will only receive a digest message if you have had mail sent to the Quarantine site within the last 24 hours. • You have manually configured your mail account to opt out of PureMessage services. To change this option, login to the Quarantine site (Qsite.uh.edu) and select Options. • You have configured a desktop filtering rule that is redirecting the Digest Messages to somewhere other than your Inbox. Verify your filtering rules are configured to meet your current needs.
