Extensive information is available by going to (www.goacs.org). When you get to the home page scroll down to the bottom right and select the EFMP program. The Soldier must contact the nearest Army military treatment facility EFMP point of contact to begin the assessment process and obtain the enrollment forms. The exceptional family member program is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, educational, medical and personnel services to families with special needs.
