I have a Megatouch MAXX and am having trouble with the touchscreen on several of the games. Is there any way to adjust this?
(A) Sometimes touchscreen problems can result from poor grounding from the wall outlet or a broken ground pin on the AC cord. Properly calibrating the screen is very important. When you touch the CALIBRATION button, touch the first dot for about two seconds, then pull your finger away. Repeat this with the other dots that appear on the screen. Depending on the software version, you may have two or three dots appear. Games such as Tri Towers and/or 11-Up can give a double touch (i.e. taking away two or three cards on one touch or pass). This problem is directly related to grounding.
