I have a previous reprimand, caution, conviction or bindover which might appear on my CRB check. Can I still apply for a place?
Yes you can apply, but you need to declare the issue both on your application form and at interview. These will always appear on your CRB and they are not time limited, so whenever the incident occurred you need to honestly declare it so that appropriate enquiries can be made prior to offering you a place.
