I have a product idea. What is the process for submitting ideas and inventions to Giddy Up?
Thank you for your interest in submitting product concepts to Giddy Up. We strive to bring the world extraordinary products that transform the way kids color, create, play, and learn. For your convenience, we have outlined below our procedure for handling concepts sent to the company for consideration. All concepts undergo an initial screening process by our Licensing Department to ensure that there is potential interest in the concept and that it does not conflict with current projects or other inventor submissions. If the Licensing Department approves a concept, it will be reviewed by our Product Development and Creative Team. If a concept is not approved by our Licensing Department, all materials submitted with such concept will be destroyed and the inventor will be notified. If our Product Development and Creative Team is interested in a concept, we will initiate a telephonic or in-person meeting with the inventor to discuss in greater detail.
