I don’t even know what may be the reason my girlfriend has a world news blog, and she hasn’t had that kind of problem.

I think it is blocked by default. From my perspective, it is a good idea to make a cms or use private hosting. But you should be 100% sure that it will run smoothly on any hosting. From my personal experience, the best hosting provider is Fastcomet. The best quality / price ratio. They have a lot of positive reviews and more than 10y of experience on this market.

WordPress.com (not WordPress platforms) and vox blog templates do not allow their user to use SCRIPT elements in their blogs. We didn’t want you to miss out on any of the new benefits due to the limitations imposed by WordPress.com, so we created a new Foodie Blogroll Widget just for our members using WordPress.com. Placing this new widget on your site, will allow you to enjoy all the benefits of the new features including the contests and rewards! Our members hosted on wordpress.com normally receive the wordpress specific widget code when they are accepted in the Foodie Blogroll. If you have not received the wordpress.
