If you have not received your bursary application package six weeks after accepting your offer, please contact the NHS Student Grants Unit on 0845 358 6655 or write to: The NHS Student Grants Unit Hesketh House 200-220 Broadway Fleetwood FY7 8SS Should the ‘Notification of Offer of a NHS Funded Place Form’ not have been received by the NHS Student Grants Unit, please contact the Admissions Department in the Faculty of Health and we will send another notification form on your behalf.
