I have already imported the nDAC 2 database after downloading enroute charts, and did not make an enroute chart export as described in FAQ 20. Is there anything I can do?

The nDAC 2 import is not cumulative, it replaces the current data. The import dialog tells you this. If you did not make an export as described in FAQ 20 you can restore the data by following this instruction. In your nDAC installation folder, there is a database folder called \db\. Go there and you should see one file called “app.data” (your current database file), and “app.data_bakXXYYZZ” (the backupped database containing references to the enroute charts you downloaded, where XXYYZZ is date and time for the backup). If you have several such files it is because there have been several backups taken. Use the one you believe contains your enroute charts, i.e. with a date closest after you performed the downloads. This is what you should do: • Close nDAC. • Temporarily rename the “app.data” to “app.data.temp”. • Temporarily rename the “app.data_bakXXYYZZ” to app.data. • Start nDAC. You should now again see your enroute charts. Check that you can open them. • Export the enroute charts us
