(back to top) Note! In order to activate a Private DNS package for your existing domain name, you must first transfer it to our registrar. A domain name transfer can not be requested together with a Private DNS Cluster activation! This restriction is based on the fact that in order to register your chosen private name servers for a particular domain name, we require that domain be under the possesion of our registrar’s. This being a transfer request suggests that that domain has not been registered by us just as yet. The procedure in this case would be first to request a domain name transfer, and once it has been completed successfully, you may then request a Private DNS Cluster activation.
