• A: Frequent aggressive cleanings, harsh chemicals and general traffic abrasion will remove the original carpet mill protection allowing the fibers to become permanently stained. These stains will often be the areas your prospect will take you to try WIG. If it does not work, explain the problem and go to untreated spots for great results. • Q: We spotted with Wow and the spot re-appeared after several days. • A: Re-treat with WIG completely saturating the spot. The first application was not wet enough to penetrate to the backing resulting in wicking of the untreated residue. • Q: My customer has an area to be extracted but does not have the time to wait for the spot to dry. Will Wow still work? • A: Have them first spray the spots with Wow. While they are setting up for extraction Wow will have some time to react with the spot(s) before extraction. The longer the dwell time, the better the results. • Q: Will the solution leave a residue? • A: Absolutely not!  more
