The Director will make a determination after reviewing the Incident Report as to who should hear the case, and will typically not refer a case to the Peer Conduct Board if the case involves information that is sensitive in nature. Procedures are the same for both hearings, but when the Peer Conduct Board hears a case, you will have the opportunity to explain your case to a panel of your peers. If your case has been referred to the PCB and you are not comfortable with this type of hearing, please contact Ryan Flannagan, Director of Student Affairs, and explain why you would like a different hearing format.

I have been told that my case will be heard by the Peer Conduct Board (PCB). How is this different than a hearing with the Director of Student Affairs?
