I have difficulty in dealing with scope changes being requested by customers. How will the PMM help?
A Project Change Request will have to be completed for all changes affecting the project scope, budget or schedule. These changes will follow the CCS Project Change Control Procedure, which will involve the Project Sponsor and the Project Office. These processes will allow the Project Manager a formalized way to either include approved changes in their Project Plan, or to communicate to the requestor that the Change Request was not approved.
