There is a problem with the Standard C++ Library version installed on FC3 by default. Fedora Core 3 installs libstdc++.so.6 by default, while FoxyTunes and many other packages (including official FC3 ones) require another version of this library, libstdc++.so.5. You can install the compat-libstdc++ package to solve this problem.
