I have initiated a bank wire at my bank to deposit funds into my StrictPay account, but the funds have not shown up in my account yet. What should I do?
Please be sure that you entered the request into our system by clicking on the Deposit link, and choosing the Bank Wire option. Here you will enter the details of the request into our system, and confirm the request so our funding department can match up the details with the funds we receive from your bank.
