I have installed Server Administrator using remote Server Administrator deploy on Windows Server 2008, I do not see Server Administrator icon on the desktop?

On an initial Server Administrator install using remote Server Administrator deploy (OMSA push) on a server running Windows 2008, the Server Administrator icon will not be visible until the desktop is refreshed manually.
