It appears that you have not installed the full version of our software. To avoid confusion, please uninstall the evaluation copy from the Start -> Control Panel menu, Add or Remove Programs option. You will need to restart your computer to take the changes. After uninstalling the evaluation copy, please proceed to install the full version. If you have purchased the FlipAlbum® download product, please click here to download the full version. You would be prompted for your registered email address and FlipAlbum® Vista Product ID/Product Activation Key. And if you are installing FlipAlbum® Vista for the first time on your computer, you would be prompted for a Product Activation Key which can be retrieved here.
