Write to the HR Service Centre stating which payslip you need. There is a £15 charge for each duplicate payslip – this covers our administration and re-printing costs. You must include your authorisation to deduct the charge from your salary.* Alternatively, if you register for the on-line payslips facility then you will be able to print duplicate payslips yourself free of charge. See Employee Services Online for details. * Ex-employees must enclose a cheque made payable to Lancashire County Council to cover the charges.
