Yes. The first step is to get in touch with your Promoter Relations contact to request Export Rights. Once you have the ability to export submission info, there will be a link at the bottom of your EPK Inbox labeled “Export Folder Contents.” Click this link and you will be taken to a page that displays all of the folder sets and subfolders in your account. Select the folders that you want to export and click “Export.” The information will be saved as a .CSV file that you can use to import information to your database. The information in an export includes artist contact information, submission information and answers to your custom questions.
