I have recently received one of the large constant brewing kits – so far so good. What are the instructions for making Kombucha Concentrate?

I am trying to learn. About making concentrated “TEA” , if that’s what you mean, not the conc. Kombucha ; I myself would like to know how to prepare it, not necessarily using the product!
