I have set my default voice to be Charlotte, so why does SpeechMail answer as Hank?

The default voice of SpeechMail on the access number is Hank. So SpeechMail will use this voice, until it knows who you are, i.e. you have given your account number and PIN, then it will change to Charlotte, if you have chosen her as your default voice.
