Driver loaded incorrectly. 1. Unplug the ImageMate 2. Uninstall the software 3. Ensure that the ImageMate software has been successfully removed from your system. Detailed un-install directions follow: From the Desktop click on Start>Run. In the dialogue box appears type in Regedit. The registry editor window will open. Above my Computer click on Registry>Export Registry file. Another dialogue box will appear. Name the file SNDK and save it to the Desktop. Click Save. You will once again be back at the registry editor window. Locate H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and click on the plus sign to the left of this entry. Find the folder labeled Enum and click on the plus sign. Beneath Enum find USB and click on the plus sign. Of the folders that appear beneath USB delete any that start with VID_0781 & PID_???? Or VID_0000 & PID_0000. The PID numbers may vary. As long as the folder has a VID_0781 or a VID_0000 you can safely remove it from the Registry. After this has been completed exit the Registry.
