I have tried to reinstall the Yap Phone software and I continue to get an error about a dll file. What does that mean?
It means that the Yap Phone software is running while you are trying to reinstall it. Simply right click on the “at sign” (@) which is on the Windows Taskbar and select Exit from the menu.
