I have uploaded my data, but it is not visible using the iControlDB download software. Was there a problem with the upload?

All data that is uploaded is initially deposited in a staging area until it is reviewed by Illumina personnel. Data is not released to the database until it has undergone this review process, which may take up to 10 business days.
