I installed Reference Manager, but dont see the menu options in the Tools menu of my word processor. What should I do?
If the directory in which your word processor is installed is a read-only directory (for example, if it is located on a network drive and is shared by other users), the installation program could not copy the required files into the directory. See “Word Processor Notes” in the Reference Manager User’s Guide for details.
