I just received a new Horizontal Drum Rotor or Deep-well Rotor for my Multipurpose Centrifuge 5804 (5804 R, 5810, or 5810 R). Why is my centrifuge not recognizing these new rotors?

The new rotors are compatible with software versions greater than 2.1. Check the software version by turning on the centrifuge and reading the display. New software EPROM’s are included with each new rotor and should be installed by an authorized Brinkmann service representative. Please contact our service department to schedule an appointment for installation of the new EPROM.
