The fuser bulb heats the fuser assembly.. the part that gets hot in every copier and laser printer. If it is broken, or there is an open circut to it, it won’t heat up in the proper amount of time and (at least in HP LaserJet’s) the printer displays the 50 error. We see a lot of 50 errors on printers with a blown power supply, and also get this on bad cables. The fusing assembly is in the message context.. but only one thing in the circut. All need to be checked by a qualified technician. If you need help, call Landmark at 800-466-5687.
