I keep getting GPFs (general protection faults) or page faults or stack faults. What is going on?

Your problem could be a TWAIN driver. We’ve seen some of them be quite sloppily (?) written. That is they’re not giving up memory when they should be. If you are running a scanner, de-install and reboot, or try getting the latest drivers from you scanner manufacturer. Or, your problem sounds like a problem possibly related to low memory or the MFC*.DLLs. Sometimes the .DLLs report a later date or version number when they are not actually so. So during during our installation, we do not overwrite the same or newer versions of the DLLs. Also, it seems that the MFCs are already open by something else. This should not normally be a problem, but can be solved by a cold re-boot. So, here is our recommendation: – Uninstall the current installation of EZ-Forms (what you currently have). – Make sure you have the latest version of the program you are using or reviewing.
