I keep getting the message Invalid date or incorrect date format, use DD/MM/YY or DDMMYY format when I try to enter a transaction. Why?
You will get this message because the Regional Settings option on your PC is not set to English (British) or English (Ireland). For example, if your Regional Settings are set up as English (United States), the default date format is MM/DD/YYYY which is not recognised by your program. Consult your Microsoft Windows user documentation for further information.
