I let the Genuine Fractals PrintPro installer place the files in the default location. What files do I move over?

The default location is C:Program FilesonOne SoftwareGenuine Fractals PrintPro. At the bare minimum you will need to move over the GFPrintPro_en.8li to the plug-in folder of your choice and the onOne ToolBox.dll goes into the same folder as the parent application.
