I like to workout in the morning but I dont have time to eat breakfast. Is this really so bad?
It wont kill you, but it will prevent you from maximising your results. Fuelling up first optimizes your performance, so you can workout faster and longer and ultimately burn more calories. Working out on an empty stomach may also make you feel light-headed and more prone to clumsiness, which could lead to injury. You dont need to sit down and eat a full english breakfast, about 200 calories worth of carbohydrates, half a bagel, a banana, a yogurt drink or a small fruit smoothie, is all thats required.
