I live in nebraska & want to buy a pocket beagle. Where is the closest town or state to find one?
There is no such thing as a Pocket beagle and there are only 2 sizes of beagle that AKC recognizes, a small beagle (pocket sized) is under 13 inches and are not necessarily runts or dwarfs or unhealthy. I have a perfectly healthy beautiful 7 inch beagle as a pet. Not to breed. Her great grandmother was 10 inches. And perfectly healthy died at 14 years old. Do Not buy anything from Queen Elizabeth Pocket beagles they are a huge puppy mill, I have heard terrible things about the conditions those puppies are raised in. Even though they have affiliate breeders.
