Your children are eligible to enroll in the Enhanced TRDP under your sponsorship. However, in order for your children to obtain the full scope of coverage (other than emergency services) under the Enhanced TRDP while they are living overseas, you must provide proof that they are full-time students. Your former wife is not eligible to enroll in the TRDP.
