A. The driver is available online at www.targus.com/support. If you are updating/reinstalling, make sure you remove the current keyboard driver on the Palm unit before installing the new one. To do this, select Applications/Menu/Delete. Then select the Thumbpad driver, and tap the Delete button. After the driver is removed, you can double click on the thumbpad.prc file on your desktop, and it will place the driver in your download folder. The next time you sync your Visor, the driver will be installed on your handheld.
